Terms of Use and Risk Disclaimer

Injoy project and $INJOY token

Plain-language summary (does not replace the full text):

  • Injoy is a project under construction. It may succeed or it may fail.
  • If it fails, that alone does not mean it was a scam. It means a real project, built in public, did not reach its goals.
  • $INJOY is a community and benefits token. It is not an investment, gives no right to profit, dividends or equity in the company, and there is no price promise.
  • Crypto assets are volatile: you can lose all the value you put in.
  • Your wallet is yours. No one from the project will ever ask for your seed phrase or private key.
  • You are responsible for your taxes and for using the site in line with the laws of your country.

1. Who we are and acceptance

1.1. These Terms govern access to the Injoy project website, the $INJOY token, the community ideas program and any products that may be launched (together, the "Project"), maintained by the Injoy project and operated by its developers ("Injoy", "we").

1.2. By clicking "Accept and enter", signing the acceptance message with your wallet or continuing to use the site, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms and the Risk Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the site or the token.

1.3. Signing with a wallet is a way to record your acceptance verifiably. It does not authorize any transaction, does not move funds and costs no network fee.

2. Nature of the project

2.1. Injoy is an early-stage project. The main product — an artificial-intelligence travel agent sold as a monthly subscription — is still under development. The roadmap describes our intentions, not promises: timelines, features, plans and percentages may change, be delayed or not happen.

2.2. The project may not succeed. Technology and crypto projects fail for many legitimate reasons: lack of users, costs higher than revenue, regulatory changes, technical problems, third-party decisions or market conditions.

2.3. Failure is not fraud. The project not reaching its goals, the token losing value or the roadmap changing does not, in itself, constitute a scam or bad faith. What we commit to is building in public, meeting the transparency commitments in section 9 and communicating honestly about what is and is not working.

3. Nature of the $INJOY token

3.1. $INJOY is a community and benefits token, launched as a fair launch on the Sprout platform, on the Injective network, with no presale.

3.2. $INJOY does not represent shares, equity, debt, or any right to profits, dividends, interest, revenue, refunds or any claim over Injoy or its assets. It was not designed or offered as an investment or a security.

3.3. We make no promise, guarantee or projection about the price, appreciation, liquidity or return of $INJOY. Any statement to that effect by third parties, including community members, does not represent the Project.

3.4. The Project intends to use part of subscription revenue to buy $INJOY on the market and distribute it to subscribers, and for the token to have utility in the product. These mechanics depend on the product launching and generating revenue, and may be changed, suspended or ended, including due to legal requirements.

3.5. The Project's official wallet (airdrop reserve) and the developers' wallets (DEV 1 and DEV 2) may hold $INJOY. All three addresses are published on the site, and their movements are public.

4. Risk disclaimer

By acquiring, holding or using $INJOY, or any crypto asset mentioned on the site, you fully assume the risks below, among others:

4.1. Total loss

The price of crypto assets can fall to zero. Only use amounts you can lose without affecting your financial life.

4.2. Volatility and liquidity

Fair-launch and bonding-curve tokens are extremely volatile. There may be no buyers when you want to sell, or the sale price may be far below what you expect.

4.3. Market and third-party manipulation

Bots, traders and large holders can buy or sell quickly and move the price. We do not control the market.

4.4. Smart contracts and platforms

The token and its trading depend on third-party smart contracts and platforms (such as Sprout, Choice and the Injective network), which may contain bugs, be attacked, be changed or stop working.

4.5. Network and technology

Blockchains can become congested, suffer outages, forks or protocol changes. On-chain transactions are irreversible: a transfer to the wrong address cannot be undone.

4.6. Custody and security

If you lose your seed phrase or private key, you will permanently lose access to your assets. Scammers may impersonate the Project: always check the contract address and official channels published on this site.

4.7. Regulatory

Laws and interpretations on crypto assets are evolving in Brazil and worldwide. Changes may restrict, increase the cost of or prevent the operation of the token, the distributions or the product, in whole or in part.

4.8. Tax

Acquiring, receiving, selling or swapping crypto assets may create tax and reporting obligations. They are solely yours.

4.9. Project execution

The product may be delayed, change, have fewer users than expected or not launch. Token buys and distributions depend on real revenue.

4.10. Airdrops

Airdrops are discretionary and may not happen. Receiving tokens may create tax obligations.

5. Eligibility

5.1. You confirm you are 18 or older and have full legal capacity.

5.2. You confirm that accessing the site and acquiring and using crypto assets is allowed in your jurisdiction. You may not use the Project if you are in a country or region subject to international sanctions, or if the law that applies to you prohibits such use.

5.3. You will not use the Project for money laundering, financing illegal activities, fraud or violating the rights of others.

6. No advice

Nothing on the site, in community channels or in Project communications is investment advice or financial, legal, accounting or tax advice. Make your decisions independently and, if needed, consult qualified professionals.

7. User responsibilities

8. Ideas, voting and airdrops

8.1. To submit ideas, you must connect a wallet that holds the minimum token balance required (stated on the site as an equivalent value in INJ) and sign a message proving you own it. The balance is checked at the time of submission, based on the quantity of tokens set by the team.

8.2. Evaluating, selecting and implementing ideas is decided solely by the team. An idea may be implemented as submitted, adapted, combined with others or used as the starting point for a different feature. Similar ideas may come from several people or already be planned; in those cases, the earliest record prevails, at the team's discretion.

8.3. Before being built, any feature that originated from, or was inspired by, community ideas will be submitted to a holder vote (item 8.5). If the community approves it, the authors of the ideas that originated the approved feature may receive an airdrop from the official wallet to the wallet used for submission. Eligibility criteria, amounts and timing are set by the team and are confidential; the team's decision is final. Submitting an idea does not create any right to payment, compensation, equity, indemnity or to an explanation of the decision.

8.4. By submitting an idea, you confirm it is yours and grant the Project a free, irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, adapt and implement it, with no obligation of attribution, except for any reward granted under item 8.3.

8.5. Community vote. (a) Wallets holding the token required by the Project in an amount equivalent to at least 25 INJ may vote; the quantity is set by the team and checked at the time of the vote. (b) Votes are cast by signing a message with the wallet, with no transaction or fee. (c) Each vote's duration, options and approval rule are announced together with the proposal. (d) Features designed by the team for the subscriber business — such as plans, pricing, operations and service — are not submitted to a vote, because they require agile business decisions. (e) Voting is limited to community-originated features: it does not confer ownership, management, profit or any other rights over Injoy, and does not bind the Project on matters outside the proposal voted on, nor where legal, security or technical reasons prevent implementation.

9. Transparency commitments

10. Third-party services

The Project uses third-party services, such as blockchain networks, launch and trading platforms, wallets, and AI, travel data, hosting and form providers. We do not control these services and are not responsible for their failures, terms or policies.

11. Limitation of liability

11.1. The site and the Project are provided "as is", with no guarantee of continuous operation, absence of errors or fitness for a particular purpose.

11.2. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Injoy is not liable for losses arising from price changes, lost keys, third-party failures, attacks, users' investment decisions or regulatory changes.

11.3. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded, including under consumer protection law where applicable.

12. Intellectual property

The brand, name, visual identity, texts and code of the site belong to Injoy or its licensors. Community members may create memes and content about the Project, as long as they do not pose as official channels or mislead others.

13. Privacy and personal data

13.1. We process the minimum data needed, in line with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13,709/2018): records of acceptance of these Terms (date, version and, if you sign, wallet address and signature); and, for idea submissions, your social handle, the idea, the chosen area, the wallet address and the verified balance.

13.2. We use this data to record acceptance, evaluate ideas, verify eligibility, carry out airdrops and meet legal obligations. Wallet addresses and blockchain transactions are public by nature.

13.3. Data is processed by hosting and form providers and kept for as long as needed for these purposes. You may request access, correction or deletion through the contact in section 16; on-chain records cannot be erased.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms. The current version and date are shown at the top of this page. Relevant changes will require new acceptance when you access the site.

15. Governing law and venue

15.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Disputes will be resolved by the competent Brazilian courts, without prejudice to a consumer's right to bring a claim in the courts of their own domicile.

15.2. These Terms are available in Portuguese and English, and the access-gate summary in other languages. In case of any discrepancy, the Portuguese version prevails.

16. Contact
